Status of our York University Class Action Lawsuit, Turner v. York University, October 19, 2010

The offices of Juroviesky LLP would like to take this opportunity to update all interested parties as to the status of our York University Class Action, Turner v. York University.
As mentioned in our previous update of August 11, 2010, the Motion for Certification in this matter was heard in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice this past July. On September 7, 2010, the Honourable Mr. Justice M. Cullity released his decision with reasons denying certification of this matter to proceed as a class action. Please find this decision posted on this website for your convenience.
It is our intention to Appeal this decision and have already begun this process. Our offices will continue to provide updates as to the ongoing status of this matter and that of the Appeals process. Please check this website for future updates.
